Contact Us

By telephone on 0844 8793 448

We will need to speak to you before you can access our service. Telephone on 0844 8793 448.
Calls made from a BT network land line cost approximately 5p per minute. Calls from mobiles and other networks may vary depending on your provider's own tariffs.

What happens when you phone

  • You will normally get through to an answer phone service and hear a 30 second message. The message details when the phones are likely to be manned
  • Just leave your message and do give a phone number, landline or mobile, on which we can contact you.
Please tell us if you do not want, for reasons of confidentiality, a message left on your telephone
  • All calls are logged and we do reply to all messages. Delay in making contact can be due to the demand on our service and also your availability to receive our call. We will normally contact you during the daytime and of course you may need to make arrangements to take our call
  • At certain times when the phones are manned you will speak directly to a trained volunteer
